Q & A

I’ve been given a diagnosis from a doctor and have tried everything, can Your New Health, LLC. really help me?

We are not in the practice of chasing symptoms. The body is designed to perform at 100% and function in homeostasis. The functional approach is to ask the question, are the symptoms the problem or is it a result of the problem. Many people spend too much time and money stuck in the cycle of trial and error trying to relieve symptoms without getting to the root cause of their health challenges. The functional approach is to reveal all the possible healing opportunities and have a positive response to symptoms. Whether your experiencing fatigue, unexplained weight gain, depression or other symptoms, the
functional approach views the body as a complete system that must be balanced for quality of life and health to be achieved.

What is my diagnosis?

I am not a doctor so my role is not to diagnose you from any test results. My role is to use lab test to find healing opportunities, correlate them with your lifestyle and medical history, and educate and coach you through a process of healing your body to regain health.

Will insurance cover lab test?

Functional lab assessments are considered alternative medicine and are not covered under insurance. I
do not provide insurance billing services.
Can I stop taking my medications?

I cannot tell you to stop taking your medications. This is a conversation between you and your doctor.
My goal is to help with the healing process and restore health so that you and your doctor can decide
when medication can be reduced and eventually discontinued.

What is your refund policy?

No Refund. In order to ensure you and I are both equally committed to a health coaching program, I
believe it is best policy to offer no exit strategy. This approach ensures that we both bring our best to
the coaching relationship.

Can I work with you across state lines?

Yes, most of my clients are not local to me. The lab tests can be shipped directly to you and the test
samples can be taken at your home. The MRT food sensitivities test is the only test that will need to be a
blood draw. All sessions can be through telecommunication with Skype, Zoom, or Google Meet.

sensitivities test, which is a blood draw from a lab. Instructions for lab locations for the blood draw will
be detailed on the instructions when you receive your test kit.

The consist of blood spot sample, saliva sample, dried urine sample, and stool sample.
